Welcome to Osh Closet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing checkout.

1. About Us

Osh Closet is a curated fashion house offering ready-to-wear, unstitched fabric and seasonal capsule collections. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Osh Closet. References to "you" mean any visitor or customer of the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
  3. We may suspend or close any account engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, including chargeback fraud or repeated false return claims.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  1. An order placed on the Site is an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email — not when you receive an automated checkout receipt.
  2. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations to your destination.
  3. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be modified. Cancellation requests must reach us within 2 hours of placement and before the order has entered dispatch.

4. Product Description & Colour Accuracy

  1. We make every effort to display garments, fabrics, prints and embellishments accurately. Slight variations in colour, weave, print placement and stitching are inherent to handcrafted and small-batch clothing and are not considered defects.
  2. Sizing follows the chart published on each product page. Unstitched fabric quantities are quoted in metres; final stitched fit depends on your tailor and the measurements you provide.
  3. Embellished pieces (zardozi, sequins, beadwork) are made by hand. Minor irregularities are a mark of craft, not a fault.

5. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  2. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must clear in full before an order is dispatched.
  3. If a price has been listed in error, we will contact you with the correct price before processing the order; you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order without charge.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are quoted at checkout.
  2. Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves our studio. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
  3. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied at the destination country.
  4. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and re-shipment will incur a new charge.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  1. Unstitched fabric, customised or made-to-measure items, sale and final-clearance pieces, and pierced jewellery are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
  2. Stitched ready-to-wear may be returned for size exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging and inserts intact.
  3. To initiate a return, email hello@oshcloset.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as store credit.

8. Garment Care

Each piece carries a care label and care guidance on its product page. Please follow it. Damage caused by improper laundering, machine-washing dry-clean-only fabrics, exposure to perfume and chemicals, or alteration by a third-party tailor is not covered by our return or refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including imagery, lookbooks, prints, logos, copy, product designs and embellishment patterns — is the property of Osh Closet or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it commercially without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to upload malicious code, scrape content, infringe the rights of others, or place orders with intent to defraud. We may take legal action and report abuse to the relevant authorities for any breach.

11. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, profit, or expected wear-occasion.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier disruption, courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall be settled by the competent courts of Pakistan.
